You own what you share in conversations with Sammie. By using the service, you grant us the right to process your content for the purpose of providing and improving the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.
We aim to keep Sammie available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sammie. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (or $10 if you have paid nothing).
